Address fascial dysfunction from the surface to the deepest layers using the fluids of the Craniosacral & Fascial systems with a minimum of pressure & effort on your part.
In this exciting course you will learn about the Fascia and its many roles in throughout body. How fascial adhesions & dysfunctions can disrupt movement, distort posture & result in on-going pain. Additionally, due to direct fascial continuity, these can affect the function of the CNS, resulting in a multitude of myo-skeletal & visceral dysfunctions.
This workshop will show you how that happens, how to quickly identify the locations of adhesions, & swiftly resolve them using pressures equivalent to the weight of a nickel!
Using the bones of the skull & sacrum as handles, Craniosacral Therapy allows fascial release of the specialized tissues surrounding & directly impacting the function of their CNS.
An easy to learn 11-step protocol allows comprehensive relief throughout their fascial web
