Participants will learn orthopedic massage\, active release (ART)\, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)\, and advanced chair stretches to effectively address tension\, restricted mobility\, and chronic pain in the neck\, shoulders\, upper back\, and arms. Participants will learn orthopedic massage\, active release (ART)\, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)\, and advanced chair stretches for treating the hips\, thighs\, calves\, ankles\, and feet. The hands-on training will focus on assessing and treating common conditions such as sciatica\, IT band syndrome\, and plantar fasciitis.
