SUMMARY:Reflexology
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the ancient healing therapy known as Reflexology! Reflexology is a type of massage that works with subtle energy flows in which varying amounts of pressure are applied to the feet\, hands and ears to promote healing. In this course\, the student will be educated on how reflexology can reduce pain\, improve circulation\, provide a sense of balance and relaxation through specific points mapped out on the feet and hands. The underlying theory is that different organs are connected to these body parts and certain points corresponding to them can improve an individual’s health significantly helping to promote well-being. This course is aimed at anyone who wishes to gain a deep understanding of Reflexology and how to use it to ease pain and imbalances throughout the body. 16 CEUs \n\n\n\nBook Here

SUMMARY:PNMT Cervical Spine-Tucson-16 CEs
DESCRIPTION:In a recent study\, the likelihood of someone experiencing neck pain in a given year is about 23%. In other words\, about 1 in 4 people will have a bout of neck pain this year\, with the incidence rate being much higher in people who work in an office at a computer. These numbers translate to the massage table; neck pain will account for many of the visits to massage therapists this year. \n\n\n\nThe reality is\, neck pain is complex. Releasing the suboccipitals can be wonderful in certain circumstances\, disastrous in others. There is no routine that works for all the different iterations of possible neck issues. In PNMT Cervical Spine\, we don’t teach routines\, we focus in reasoning and problem solving. That takes time and expert guidance from the instructor. There is NO substitute for hands-on experience and the guidance of a mentor\, especially in an area so small and complex as the neck. \n\n\n\nRegister with this link: https://www.pnmt.org/event-details/cervical-spine-two-day-in-tucson-arizona-16-ncbtmb-ces

Techniques take about 12 seconds to perform and provide pain release with speed and ease\, requiring virtually no force or manipulation. \n\n\n\nLearn the Fundamental Theory behind PRRT\n\n\n\nYou will learn why primal reflexes\, protective reflexes\, the withdrawal reflex\, and the startle reflex influence pain\, how they relate to the PRRT model about PRRT and the dura mater\, and which muscles\, directly and indirectly\, influence them. By the end of the seminar\, you will understand how the Primal Reflex Release Technique™ fits into your pain management scheme. \n\n\n\nWhen you return to work on Monday morning\, you will have a changed perspective on pain relief and your practice. As you introduce the skills you have learned into your practice\, you may soon discover that you have a new-found reputation in the town as the “go-to practitioner” for rapid pain release. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCEU Approved!\n\n\n\n\nNCBTMB – 14 Hours \n\n\n\nEarly Registration Special! SUMMARY:Oncology Massage & Lymphatic Drainage\, 8 CE
DESCRIPTION:Oncology Massage & Lymphatic Drainage\, 8 CEsPeoria\, AZ or Live WebinarFebruary 10th\, 2025 9am-6pm \n\n\n\nCost is $175 Pay here: Oncology Massage & Lymphatic Drainage\, 8 CEs – Living Metta \n\n\n\nLocation:Arizona School of Medical Massage and Wellness8279 W Lake Pleasant Pkwy\, Suite 106\, Peoria\, AZ 8538 \n\n\n\nChoose to join in-person or live online as we delve into the body’s waste management system: the “lymphatic system.” We place a special emphasis on safest massage approaches for your oncology patients during and following their treatments\, with particular emphasis on how to modify techniques following surgeries\, chemotherapy\, and radiation. \n\n\n\nTherapists are educated on the most current scientific research for helping to encourage lymphatic drainage (and “glymphatic” or the cleansing cycles for the brain and spinal cord) in safe\, easy\, and quickly applicable ways. And the hour long Lymphatic Drainage protocol you learn is also applicable for clients in any healing crises\, or those dealing with compounding illnesses (like auto-immune and inflammatory conditions)\, as well as supporting clients who are well\, and want to feel even healthier!! \n\n\n\nIn this course\, we will use specific hands-on approaches to optimize immunity\, assist in detoxification\, and improve the body’s ability to clear out metabolic waste and other toxins. This is a fantastic new service to offer as clients begin to focus on “spring cleaning” and would like additional support in detoxing. Following the hands-on practice of this class\, therapists are able to systematically provide full body manual lymphatic drainage on their clients (and even on themselves). \n\n\n\nIncluded in your tuition: \n\n\n\n8 Live CEs (continuing education hours/credits)Pictorial instructional manualDigital certificate of completionVideo replay of the entire course for lifetime review and practice$175.00

SUMMARY:PNMT Form and Function 16CE
DESCRIPTION:PNMT Form and Function is about the decisions a therapist makes and what strategies are behind those decisions. All experienced therapists have a large toolbox filled with treatment options. By what process do you decide which ones to use and when? These are not easy questions. \n\n\n\nStructural assessment is important\, but must be done with speed and accuracy. Moreover\, how can you know that the structural asymmetry is related to the client’s presenting symptom? By integrating functional assessment as well\, this seminar can help you design protocols that create measurable and immediate results for the client. The goal is to treat the right muscle for the right reason; the wisdom is in the choosing. \n\n\n\nReister Here: https://www.pnmt.org/event-details/form-and-function-two-day-in-phoenix-arizona-ncbtmb-16-ces
