DESCRIPTION:Sometimes called Thai Reflexology\, in this class you will learn how to properly give a Thai Foot Massage\, which is manual massage of the feet and lower legs combined with the use of of a massage tool. In addition to the foot massage techniques\, you will learn and work the locations of the reflex points on the feet. This style is mostly relaxing\, but you may work as light or deep as you choose. Massage cream and massage tool will be provided. Please bring: 1. One bath towel 2. Two hand towels (approximately 13”x 26”). Your massage partner will need access to your feet and lower legs\, so please dress appropriately.

DESCRIPTION:The Thai Massage course is designed for beginners and teaches both the physical and energetic aspects of traditional massage. The technique follows the Northern style from Chiang Mai\, Thailand\, and is done on a mat while wearing comfortable clothing that allows for full movement. The course will cover the primary energy pathways in the body known as “sen lines” and teach students how to identify and release blockages by targeting specific points along these pathways.
