Medical Massage Protocol for Pectoralis Major and Minor Muscle Syndromes SOMI is offering a new hands-on training course evaluating and treating pectoral muscles’ tension following trauma\, overload\, or reflex zone formation. We also discuss anatomy\, function\, and pathology of the region. The final part of the discussion is the strategic role both muscles play in the normal functioning of the brachial plexus and its decompression using MM protocol. \nDay 3. Medical Massage Protocols for Iliopsoas Muscle Syndrome Aside from triggering lower back pain and various visceral dysfunctions in the abdominal cavity\, the tension in the Iliopsoas Muscle is one of the leading causes of anterior thigh\, knee\, and leg pain due to the compression of the femoral and/or obturator nerves in the femoral canal. SOMI is offering a new hands-on training course evaluating and treating Iliopsoas Muscle tension. Rehabilitation of the full-blown FS is a very complex and lengthy process\, and very frequently\, the patients end up with very controversial surgeries. That is why correct management of RCS is a vital therapy that prevents debilitating complications. During the class\, we discuss the complex anatomy and physiology of the shoulder joint\, step-by-step evaluation of each component of the rotator cuff mechanism\, and examination of humeral-scapular rhythm. This Medical Massage protocol is recognized and currently used in several hospitals\, including world-respected clinical and scientific institutions like the Barrow Neurological Institute. Medical Massage Protocols for Piriformis Muscle Syndrome. Sciatica The topic of the class is Piriformis Muscle\, a.k.a. ‘Key to The Lower Extremity’. We will cover anatomy\, physiology\, pathology\, and examination of the major causes of the tension in the piriformis muscle and its strategic relations with the Sciatic Nerve. Next\, we will discuss the detailed evaluation of the soft tissues in the gluteal area on a layer-by-layer basis.
