She is licensed in Arizona and New Mexico and is currently offering Myotherapyworkshops and retreats for massage therapists in New Mexico, Arizona and Costa Rica.Myotherapy ia a therapeutic modality where we first access the body to find holding patterns,and develop a plan of treatment. We look for trigger points and use joint mobilization andpassive stretching to bring the body back into balance. We will be using myofascial release,trigger point referral patterns, zone therapy and mirror muscles. You will leave with a two hourprotocol for relieving pain.
