SRT: Soft-Stretch Release Techniques – Side-lying / Prone

3-Day, 21CE certification that covers full body and consists of 20+ Side and Prone techniques that go more in depth with complexities of active and passive movements integrating spinal segmentation techniques and addressing the nervous and fascial systems intentionally, as well the lymph.
Our courses are all fully hands-on in order to provide as much experience and practice as possible to become acquainted and accustomed to the subtlety of SRT application. Soft, slow, safe and supported are the 4S’s that we focus on in terms of the approach we take to soft therapy. We have two complete courses that consist of 3 days each and are 99% hands on for practice and refinement.
