Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, skilled in therapeutic techniques, and committed to providing high-quality, customized care.

Responsibilities:
Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs
Perform thorough client intakes and document SOAP notes as required
Utilize a variety of modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, etc.)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room
Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and wellness recommendations
Uphold all state licensing, safety, and ethical standards
Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Collaborate with the wellness team when applicable

Qualifications:
Current Arizona Massage Therapy License (required)
Liability insurance (required)
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to customize sessions based on client goals and conditions

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in therapeutic or medical massage settings
Prenatal, cupping, gua sha, or specialty modality training
Experience working with repeat or long-term clients
Interest in integrative or holistic wellness approaches
