I am currently looking for licensed therapists for busy massage clinic. Looking for someone with a positive attitude and specifically need therapists with strong therapeutic massage skills. Join our amazing staff! Very flexible schedules, you pick your days and hours (within reason).
The perfect candidate is looking to build a clientele within my practice. I supply clients, lotion, sheets, booking software and virtual assistants to answer client calls. You provide the massage services and use your expertise to turn them into repeat customers for yourself and the team.
Therapeutic environment, we are not a spa! Work hand in hand with the doc on challenging cases. Stop doing those boring repetitive massage routines and start doing you.
This is an employee position. Compensation starts at $35/hour + tips and goes much higher from there. You will be in control of your own earning potential. As you get repeat clientele, you set the price point and there will be a percentage split of that amount. You keep 100% of any add-ons, typically $10 to $25 more per massage add-on (e.g. cupping, scrapping, etc.).
Starting wage example: $35 base + $10 to $25 add on = Â $45 to $60 per massage plus tips.
As you gain regulars that will pay the price point you set, you will earn a percentage of that:
Example: $100 massage price, you earn 45%, $45 + $10- $20 add on =Â Â $55 to $65 per massage plus tips.
This is as close to being your own boss while not having to worry about the business side of things.
