Experienced Neuromuscular / Medical Massage Therapist – Scottsdale, AZ
NeuroMuscular Pain and Wellness Center in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced, highly skilled massage therapist to join our clinical pain management practice. Our office specializes in medically based treatments only, Neuromuscular therapy, CranioSacral therapy, lymphatic massage, Trigger Point therapy and Assisted stretch therapy for treatments of chronic and acute pain conditions. We frequently receive referrals from medical providers and patients seeking results-driven care.
This position is for experienced therapists only.
Requirements:
• Certification in Neuromuscular Therapy OR completion of multiple neuromuscular / orthopedic / clinical massage courses
• Strong experience treating chronic or acute pain, injuries, and other muscular conditions
• Professional, medical-based mindset
• Commitment to high-quality, results-focused work
• Must demonstrate exceptional compassion and patient-centered care, with the ability to confidently guide clients through treatment plans and rebook at checkout.
•Pay Structure: Compensation is performance-based and increases with client volume and retention. Pay starts at $50 per session, with opportunities to increase to $55, $60, and higher as weekly client volume grows. High-performing therapists consistently reach higher tiers through strong client retention and rebooking. Each session includes a 15-minute buffer for client check-in, checkout, and room reset. Tips are additional and typically strong, with many clients averaging approximately $28 for 60-minute sessions and $45–$50 for 90-minute sessions.
Ideal candidate has a proven track record of strong client retention, repeat clientele, and the ability to build long-term therapeutic relationships through results-driven care.
This role is best suited for therapists who want to build a long-term career in medical / therapeutic massage.
