What is Access Consciousness Bars?

Access Consciousness Bars is a holistic, hands-on technique developed by Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer that involves lightly touching specific points on the head to release the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. These points, known as “Bars,” correspond to different areas of life, such as creativity, money, control, communication, and more. By gently activating these Bars, practitioners facilitate the release of limiting beliefs, stress, and unconscious patterns, allowing for greater ease, joy, and possibility in life.
