24CE NCBTMB
Myotherapy is a targeted therapeutic modality grounded in comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planning. This approach begins with evaluating postural and movement patterns to identify areas of muscular holding and dysfunction. Treatment focuses on locating and releasing trigger points, while integrating joint mobilization and passive stretching to restore balance, mobility, and functional movement.
In this course, practitioners will explore and apply myofascial release techniques, trigger point referral patterns, zone therapy, and mirror muscle concepts. Participants will leave with a complete, clinically applicable two-hour treatment protocol designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term musculoskeletal health.
This class is ideal for massage therapists seeking to deepen their therapeutic and deep tissue skill set, as well as those working with chronic pain presentations and athletic populations.
