Who DOESN’T need it?And who doesn’t need SUBSCAP WORK???The 2nd day of class is meant to build on Neck Knowledge Day 1. You will become CONFIDENT IN SUBSCAP WORK, how it relates to injury treatment for frozen shoulder, headaches, anxiety and so much more. This is a master muscle, and you will quickly learn how much this little worked muscle actually controls. You will learn to combine all skills into a master massage routine that will keep you booked and your clients happy! This innovative approach to treating the anterior neck, shoulders, and upper torso with specific deep tissue, somatic and relaxation techniques dramatically improves ROM, benefits the client’s quality of life and gets them better FASTER…
You will quickly see how everything is interconnected and by learning how to properly treat, relax, and teach your clients, you can free them from chronic pain and so much more!!ANYONE who has ever worked for me or been a client of mine will tell you…my neck and subscap techniques are THE BEST and they WORK! They do not have to hurt you or your client either!!This is the stuff you wish they taught you in school and will have your clients coming back for more!!

The start time for class is 9 AM…SHARP! Please allow enough time for arriving, check-in and set up so that we can
start our day together ON TIME and organized!
It is usually a full class and a lot of fun, work and learning~ we really need
every minute of the set class time to be able to turn you all into awesome
“NECKIES!”
For the class you will need 1 set of sheets, 1 face cradle cover, and a massage blanket.
Unscented lotion or oil (professional oils only. NO coconut oil, olive oil, etc.)If you have/use a holster this will help you greatly, like this one here but it won’t ruin your day if you don’t have one.
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing
It is a good idea to bring a lunch, some sweet & salty snacks and a water bottle. Most areas also have a variety of places to grab lunch if you prefer to leave for lunch.
Please be prepared to arrive back to class on time if you choose to go out for lunch =)
I know I shouldn’t have to remind everyone of this…but please remember to drink plenty of water starting 2 days prior to this class!
It is a lot of great work that we all need to receive as well as learn, but it’s no fun if we are sore afterward. The water BEFORE treatment should diminish any risk of this. Also, VERY IMPORTANT!!
Please, please, PLEASE have your fingernails cut and filed extremely well.
BEFORE class. I can’t stress the importance of this enough! You will need to be able to run your fingernails (even your thumb!) over your forearm in all angles and directions and double check for sharp nail edges and skin. Please don’t skip this step in preparing for class.
