Welcome to Reflexology, an ancient healing therapy involving massage that applies pressure to the feet, hands and ears to promote healing. This course teaches how reflexology can reduce pain, improve circulation, and provide balance and relaxation by targeting specific points connected to different organs. It is designed for anyone seeking to understand and utilize reflexology to enhance well-being and alleviate pain. Join us and earn 16 hours of continuing education credits. This class offers hands-on experience, enabling you to both administer and receive reflexology treatments on the hands, feet, and ears. Be aware that your feet, hands, and ears will be touched, and you will also have the opportunity to touch your partner’s feet, hands, and ears under the guidance of a learning environment.
