Taping and topicals are shown to decrease pain and increase function for clients, and while providing relief and recovery for manual therapists. Practice hours of extensive hands-on taping approaches for common pains. And debunk myths and learn about the researched benefits of topical analgesics like traditional uses of camphor and menthol, and the more modern applications of CBD and transdermal magnesium.
The majority of this workshop is devoted to Taping Therapy, a potent and effective therapy that decreases pain and swelling, while providing additional stability and support in areas of healing. You’ll learn how to tape a localized area of concern with the “band-aid” method, as well as discovering how to tape in accordance with your clients’ “movement”, both methods shown to diminish tension and improve performance.

Knees, Ankles, and Feet
