We are recruiting a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who specializes in deep tissue to join the iBalance Spa team.
Location: 6700 N Oracle Rd. Suite 501, Tucson, AZ 85704, NW Tucson off of Oracle Rd. (between Ina/Orange Grove)

Sign On Bonus! $800
($400 after 30 days/$400 after 6 months)
Service and Service Upgrade Compensation:
W2 commission is based on experience, quality of performance, reliability, and client retention. Hourly pay is per service, not per hour. This fluctuates based on the service but never lower than $36/hr. Full gratuity given after completed service by clients, not on payroll.
Schedule Options:
- Option 1: Sunday and Monday 9:00am – 2:00pm, every other Tuesday 9:00am – 2:00pm
- Option 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2:30pm – 7:30pm

Job Qualifications:
- Current Massage Therapist License
- Reliable Transportation

- Eager to work and adhere to the assigned schedule arriving 15 mins before your shift.
- Provide top-notch customer service by going above and beyond to ensure each client has the best experience possible.
- Be a team player! Help everyone on the team even if it’s not your job/responsibility
- Be flexible, and help cover the team and private iBalance events that promote everyone.
- Be willing and can build and maintain a clientele
- Be willing to grow as a Therapist through CE opportunities (paid medical massage certificate ..etc)
- Ability to understand and maneuver Vagaro software
- Ability to take payment and schedule clients (assist with the front desk duties)
- Ability to promote iBalance as a practice for overall success.
- Ability to promote sales and promotions offered to our clients.
