As a Professional Wrestler and Sports Entertainer, bodybuilding, nutrition, and fitness has always been a huge part of not only my life, but of who I am as a person. I understand the physical demands and stresses that we place on our bodies, voluntarily and involuntarily, and my goal is to help others to continue living life on their own terms.

Pre-rehab is one thing that most people neglect and then once they become injured they use a post rehab to “help fix” the problem. I aim to correct and fix any imbalances in posture, form, or performance BEFORE we allow injury to take place.

I’ve developed what I call SRT, which is a soft, gentle and non-aggressive approach to addressing neuromyofascial relaxation and calming the systems in order to achieve a safe and secure feeling within the tissue that allows us to guide the body into new sustainable ranges of motion.

My mission is to give Trainers and Therapists the ability to…

1. Identify imbalances instructional, emotional and energetic restrictions.

2. Apply SRT techniques in order to unwind the fascial webs, calm the nervous system, release emotional trauma, and create a new state of homeostasis for the clients system.
